The Shops at Norterra
The Shops at Norterra is a new 350,000 square-foot shopping and entertainment lifestyle center that is being built at the northeast corner of Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Road, adjacent to the USAA corporate campus in Phoenix. The center will feature fashion retailers, sit-down and fast casual restaurants, specialty stores and more. The center is scheduled to open Fall 2007.
