Dynamite Mountain Ranch - Dynamite Mountain Ranch is located in Phoenix at Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Rd, stretching from just north of Jomax to Dixileta along Norterra/North Valley Pkwy. Valley Vista - Valley Vista is located in Phoenix at Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Rd, stretching from Jomax to the southern edge of Dynamite Mountain Ranch between 19th Ave and Norterra Pkwy.
