Below are just a few examples of the services I provide to my Home Seller clients:

  • In-depth Property Evaluation and Marketing Plan for your home.  The difference between the average real estate agent and a real estate professional is in the details.  The average agent will tell you anything and promise you everything to get your listing.  As a professional Realtor, I will only make promises I can keep.  I commit to present facts that are backed up with sales data, not hype.  I understand that this property is your home and, more than likely, your largest asset, and I take the responsibility very seriously.
  • I contract with a professional photographer to take professional, high quality pictures of your home.  These pictures are then used to produce a high quality Slide Show and Virtual Tour specific to your home.  Both the Slide Show and Virtual Tour are then linked to both the MLS and this site.   Click Here to see an example of one of my Virtual Tours.
  • I will provide you with all the tools to facilitate the sale of your home.  These tools include:
    • Coordinating the placement of a professional “For Sale” sign in your front yard. 
    • Electronic Lockbox access that gives you the seller added convenience and peace of mind. 
    • Personal Pointer Domain.  (ex:  www.10702Ananea.com).  This website points to a page on my website that just features your home.  It allows people to visit the website to view additional full color pictures and professional “Virtual Tour”.
    • “Just Listed” postcards sent out to your neighbors.  Many times your neighbors can be a big help in the selling of your home since they may have friends or family looking to move into the neighborhood.

 

  • I will market your home to the broadest audience available.  All listings are posted on the MLS and Craig's List.  MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service and is a service that allows all Phoenix area Realtors to see what homes are available for sale.  This is a powerful tool because it allows thousands of area Realtors to in effect “sell” your home. 
  • I will provide frequent “Open Houses” at your request.  An “Open House” is an effective way of generating general public leads.  I advertise each open house with direct mailers to homes in your neighborhood since many times your neighbors have friends or family who are looking for a home in their neighborhood. 
  • I will enter your home in a monthly “Listing Tour”.  A listing tour is a group of Real Estate Professionals with listings in the same zip code.  Once a month we meet to tour each other’s listings.  This is a big advantage to you the seller because it allows an independent evaluation of your home and its features.  I always provide my client with the feedback I receive from the tour.
  • I will provide you with feedback from the Realtors that show your property.  A lockbox allows Realtors to access your home with prospective clients allowing you the freedom to live your life.  As your Realtor I receive an update every time a REALTOR® shows your home.  I then send out an email requesting their thoughts about the home.  I am amazed that only a small percentage of real estate agents take this necessary step.  My job as a real estate professional is to keep you continually informed about what I am doing to get your home sold.
