I know the home buying process can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you have never purchased a home of your own before. My commitment to you the buyer is to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire home buying process. My goal is to live my service philosophy and to demonstrate the importance a Knowledgable, Dependable, and Professional REALTOR® has in easing the home buying process. I view my relationship with my client as a partnership, and I take the responsibility very seriously.
Below are just a few examples of the services I provide to my New Home Buyer clients:
· Free access to search the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The MLS is a tool REALTOR® use to advertise their listings (homes for sale). This tool allows you to search available properties and get an idea what the market is doing here in the greater Phoenix area.
· Automatic Search Updates. This is a tool I can set up for you that automatically e-mails you every time a property comes on the market that fits the criteria for your new home. Your personal Automatic Updates can be saved into “Favorites”, “Possibilities,” or “Rejects” folders and help me get a feel for what homes you like. This is a great tool especially if you know the neighborhood you would like to live in. Save time and gas and have your new home prospects e-mailed to you in the comfort of your own home instead of spending your weekends driving neighborhoods looking for “For Sale” signs.
· Peace of mind. The difference between an average real estate agent and a real estate professional is follow-through. I pride myself in the service I provide during all phases of the real estate transaction. I will be as personal in my service to you as you would like during the entire process, from the search to the close.
· Peace of mind after your new home purchase. I provide my clients with a free one year home warranty at successful close of escrow. Even after you move into your new home, I will be there for all your real estate needs. I believe a true “Partnership” does not end when clients get their keys.
